Success Through Vocational Rehabilitation

Hello everyone;

I haven't posted anything for a long time and thought I would get back to work on this thing. I have started working as a contracting agent with people going through Vocational Rehabilitation, I have had the chance to work with some very exceptional people. We have had some good success stories and achieved a level of success for our clients that they may never would have been able to accomplish on their own.

For example I have a client that struggles with some very debilitating problems but is able to work for several hours a day each day. This client requires a job coach to be with him. He is excited to be working and earning some money on his own. The employer (Wendy's) deserves a great deal of credit as well because they are willing to take on the challenge of have a special needs individual working for them. Their philosophy is "You do the right thing because it's the right thing, not because you are going to make a dollar". The personal benefits to my client are worth more than anyone can put a price on.

This is just one of my clients, I have several more with similar stories. Let's be more like Wendy's and "Do the right thing because it's the right thing." Hope you enjoyed this story,
